As a Principal Software Engineer for the Health100 Platform, you will join a team building an AI-native health technology platform that unifies pharmacies, providers, insurers, PBMs, and digital health solutions into a single ecosystem. You will set the technical vision and strategy for cloud-native, event-driven platforms, translating prototypes into production systems with high reliability, security, and performance standards. What we're looking for
10+ years of software development experience, including hands-on Agile delivery and building enterprise-grade distributed systems.
5+ years of development experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
2+ years of experience working with Kafka or other event-driven platforms.
3+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies such as GCP, Azure, or equivalent public cloud.
3+ years of experience applying engineering practices for security, resiliency, availability, and scalability in production systems.
Experience with AI/generative AI solutions and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience).
Experience in the health, wellness, or pharmacy domain (preferred); full-stack development capability (preferred).
