What you'll do

Design and develop test automation frameworks for an integrated Desktop Platform.
Lead quality engineering efforts for a multi-year modernization initiative.

Drive the adoption of modern tools, technologies, and engineering practices across multiple teams.
Deliver Continuous Quality and Continuous Integration across the product ecosystem.
Develop and maintain test frameworks using Selenium, Karate, and Playwright.
Test distributed applications across UI, API, and Backend layers of the technology stack.
Ensure high quality of application delivery through automated test execution.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in Software Test or Quality Engineering roles.
Experience testing distributed applications across multiple layers including UI, API, and Backend.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining test frameworks like Selenium, Karate, and Playwright.
Demonstrated technical skills with Java, Python, TypeScript, and SQL.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.), DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
Ability to lead and influence others while building strong internal and external partner relationships.
Understanding and working experience of non-functional testing (preferred).
