What you'll do

Instrument observability, tracing, and SLA dashboards to ensure 24/7 reliability for global users.
Uphold security, privacy, and accessibility standards across all user journeys.

What we're looking for

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
15+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.
3+ years of experience at the principal or staff level guiding cross-functional teams.
Proven track record delivering consumer-grade web and/or mobile experiences at scale.
Expertise in search, recommendation, or applied-AI systems.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure, K8s, and automated CI/CD.
Strong data-modeling skills with relational and NoSQL stores.
Fluency in application security.
Shipped gen AI features (RAG, copilots, chatbots) to thousands of daily users (preferred).
Contributions to open-source search or front-end frameworks (preferred).
