What you'll do

Define and drive the technical direction for mobile platforms while making high-impact design decisions for scalability and maintainability.
Lead the Technical Advisory council to perform architectural reviews and establish standards for various technologies.
Evaluate vendor technologies, influence their roadmaps, and ensure integration with internal systems.
Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap for functional areas based on industry trends and business needs.
Mentor senior and staff engineers while translating prototypes into production-grade platforms.
Lead the department's DevSecOps maturity journey by implementing automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Act as the lead technical contributor on high-priority, multi-year strategic initiatives.
Establish engineering standards for reliability, security, performance, and observability across all technology stacks.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, application design, and development.
Requires 7+ years of development experience in Java, Swift, SwiftUI, and Kotlin.
Requires 5+ years of experience designing scalable mobile architectures like MVVM or Clean Architecture.
Requires 5+ years of experience managing stakeholder requirements and technical solutions.
Requires 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
Requires 3+ years of experience setting engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and influencing mobile strategy.
Requires 1+ year of software development in AI technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs.
Requires 1+ year of experience with Flutter and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
