What you'll do

Design, develop, and deliver large-scale AI services focused on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
Take end-to-end ownership of services from initial architecture and implementation through deployment and monitoring.
Provide technical leadership for complex initiatives including architecture decisions and dependency management.
Drive innovation in observability, automation, and operational efficiency through reusable platforms and frameworks.
Champion engineering excellence by enforcing best practices in system design, testing, security, and code quality.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and resolve complex technical issues.
Mentor engineers and lead code reviews and design discussions to foster a culture of high-quality engineering.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
At least 6 years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Preferred: 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C++, C#, Go, Java, or Python.
Preferred: 8+ years of experience designing and delivering highly available, large-scale cloud services and distributed systems.
Preferred: At least 2 years of technical engineering experience with machine learning or Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check and other required security screenings.
