What you'll do

Design, build, and develop rapid Proof-of-Concept automated solutions and services.
Lead technical projects for cross-disciplinary teams across Operations, R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Translate process requirements from subject matter experts into digital automated solutions.
Perform automation testing using tools such as UFT, Selenium, and Automation Anywhere.
Develop and integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
Execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities and maintain documentation in a GxP environment.
Manage the full project lifecycle including root cause analysis, CAPA, and audit activities.
Maintain compliant technical documentation aligned with regulatory standards and 21 CFR Part 11.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in the job offered or in a project management-related occupation.
5 years of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements to develop test strategies, plans, and scripts.
5 years of experience performing automation testing using Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Selenium, and Automation Anywhere.
Proficiency in programming languages including Java, C#, VBScript, and VBA for automation.
Experience supporting automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
Experience implementing projects aligned to GxP processes, FDA Regulations 21 CFR Part 11, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
Experience working in Agile methodologies and managing Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
