What we're looking for

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive corrective action in technical environments
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience driving reliability, scale, efficiency, and process improvements for production services
