What you'll do

Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with measurable outcomes for high-visibility initiatives.
Drive accountability across workstreams, ensuring timely issue resolution in a matrixed organization.
Develop program metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and execution risks.
Establish governance structures and monitor program health, key milestones, and dependencies.
Prepare executive-level updates and present complex information clearly to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

At least 8 years of experience leading complex technical and strategic programs
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Experience in building executive-level presentations and dashboards
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations, or related field
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Familiarity with large-scale program management practices
