Principal Technical Program Manager (OCI Cloud Expansion)

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud expansion initiatives across full lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate planning, design, construction, deployment, validation, security hardening, and operational handoff for new cloud environments.
• Manage procurement and ordering processes to ensure timely arrival of infrastructure and hardware in required configurations.
• Orchestrate prerequisites for secure environment deployments, including access planning and service dependencies.
• Integrate security and compliance requirements throughout the program lifecycle to meet regulatory standards.
• Resolve cross-functional issues and convert lessons learned into reusable standards for future programs.

• Proven ability to develop and execute complex, large-scale infrastructure programs aligned with business objectives.
• Demonstrated experience managing regulated environments with elevated security, compliance, and customer-specific constraints.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, service dependencies, deployment workflows, and secure environment constraints.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking milestones, readiness signals, capacity assumptions, and program performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to align multiple stakeholders around shared plans and decisions.
