What you'll do

  • Use data, analytics, and customer insights to drive strategic product decisions and innovation.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in inbound product management collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, or data-driven platforms.
  • Experience launching 0-to-1 products and driving market adoption.
  • Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and translating customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Ability to use data, analytics, and KPIs to drive product decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare revenue cycle and medical coding domain knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience with AI agents, ML development lifecycles, and advanced degrees like an MBA or Master's (preferred).
