What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 15+ years of relevant experience, Master's with 12+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience building and operating scalable, highly distributed multi-tenant systems with strict isolation and security boundaries.
  • Experience building external-facing developer platforms or infrastructure-focused products.
  • Experience in end-to-end system design including observability, failure handling, and ergonomics.
  • Experience implementing complex authorization models such as RBAC, ABAC, or policy-based enforcement.
  • AI-first mindset with the ability to decompose vague, complex problems into well-scoped, actionable deliverables (preferred).
  • Experience building shared infrastructure, abstractions, and "paved roads" to enhance engineering productivity (preferred).
  • Proficiency in spec-driven and schema-driven development, including code generation and strongly typed API contracts (preferred).
