What you'll do
Act as primary technical liaison for customers on Arm-based datacenter SoCs and platforms.
Assist in evaluating performance, power, TCO, scalability, software readiness for customer projects.
Deliver high-impact presentations and workshops to engineering and executive audiences.
Guide proof-of-concepts and benchmarking efforts during pre-sales cycles.
Resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, firmware, software, tools, and system integration.
Translate customer requirements into comprehensive Arm solution recommendations.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles like Field Applications Engineer or Systems Engineer.
Strong knowledge of server and datacenter architectures including SoCs, CPUs, memory hierarchies, interconnects, networking, and platform software.
Experience in areas such as cloud infrastructure, silicon bring-up, Linux systems, firmware, virtualization, performance analysis, benchmarking, or workload tuning.
Proven ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
