Experience with workflow engines for Payment Investigations (e.g., Pega Smart Investigate)
Strong knowledge of test automation and performance benchmarking tools
Certification as a Lead System Architect (LSA) in relevant platforms
Background in Springboot or equivalent framework and business process management
