What you'll do

Own the architecture of Reddit’s iOS Mobile App to scale for 100M+ DAUs.
Lead redesign of iOS platform to improve modularity, performance, and quality.
Define and execute on key user-facing performance goals like minimizing ANR rate.
Improve observability and data quality for critical performance metrics.
Mentor senior iOS engineers across Reddit and drive a culture of performance.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in designing/developing iOS applications.
Deep understanding of building mobile applications at scale and influencing technical direction for large organizations (200+ engineers).
Experience with modern iOS frameworks like Swift UI and structured concurrency.
Proven ability to mentor senior iOS engineers and drive a culture of performance across the company.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical expertise.
