What you'll do

  • Ensure all products comply with medical device safety, EMC, and regulatory standards like IEC 60601.
  • Integrate devices into digital health ecosystems including mobile apps and cloud-connected platforms.
  • Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to improve design, prototyping, and testing workflows.

What we're looking for

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of experience, or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical devices, drug-device combination products, or other regulated electromechanical systems.
  • Expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal electrical system design including circuit design, PCB review, and component selection.
  • Experience with wireless and IoT technologies such as Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, and NB-IoT.
  • Knowledge of medical device standards including IEC 60601, IEC 60601-2-24, 21 CFR 820.30, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.
  • Experience with design verification and validation in regulated environments.
  • Experience with connected medical devices, digital health technologies, or wireless-enabled products (preferred).
  • Experience working with external development partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams (preferred); experience using AI-assisted tools (preferred).
