As a Principal Dev Engineer, you will assist the delivery lead with AI Engineering and the end-to-end delivery of the Intelligent Delivery Platform project to ensure alignment with business needs and performance metrics. You will provide technical insight for troubleshooting while managing stakeholders and translating complex information for diverse audiences. The role involves conducting architecture assessments and managing application portfolios within a rapidly changing environment. You will work with technologies including J2EE, SQL, JSON, PCF, Azure, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, Mulesoft, Salesforce, Tableau, DB2, Oracle, and Mongo DB. Specialized technical focus areas include AI observability frameworks, neo4J knowledge graphs, small or custom models, Python-based data science frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration to solve complex analytics and data science problems through model evaluation, deployment, and fine-tuning.
Assist the delivery lead with AI Engineering and end-to-end delivery of the Intelligent Delivery Platform project.
Ensure project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value.
Provide technical insight to troubleshoot complex delivery issues.
Conduct architecture assessments and manage solution architecture for software engineering constructs.
Manage application portfolios, technology lifecycles, and project portfolios.
Develop impactful presentations that translate technical information for audiences ranging from technologists to C-suite executives.
Deliver AI Engineering solutions for complex analytics or data science projects and products.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Programming, Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
12+ years of technical experience in application development using technologies like J2EE, SQL, JSON, PCF, Azure, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, Mulesoft, Salesforce, Tableau, DB2, Oracle, or Mongo DB.
Experience in Solution Architecture and software engineering constructs.
Experience conducting Architecture Assessments.
Expertise in Application Portfolio Management, Technology Lifecycle Management, and Project Portfolio Management.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills to present technical information to diverse audiences.
Strategic thinking with critical problem-solving, analytical, and business acumen.
Preferred experience in AI Engineering, including RAG architectures, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and Python-based data science frameworks.
