The ideal candidate will develop scalable deployment strategies, manage critical dependencies, resolve program-level risks, and ensure infrastructure delivery objectives are met while coordinating execution across various teams and external vendors. Key responsibilities include leading complex LV infrastructure programs, developing integrated plans, presenting status updates to senior leadership, and driving cross-functional issue resolution. Required skills encompass extensive experience in technical program management, data center infrastructure delivery, telecommunications infrastructure, and mission-critical construction programs, along with expertise in structured cabling systems, fiber optics, ISP/OSP deployment, rack integration, and TIA/EIA standards.

What you'll do

  • Lead complex low-voltage infrastructure programs across multiple data center campuses.
  • Develop integrated program plans for fiber deployment, structured cabling, and rack integration.
  • Coordinate execution with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and supply chain.
  • Own delivery metrics such as schedule performance and vendor performance for large-scale projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on telecommunications infrastructure and mission-critical deployment sequencing.
  • Present program status and risks to senior leadership regularly.
  • Lead resolution of critical deployment issues impacting capacity delivery.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical program management or data center infrastructure delivery.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder organizations.
  • Experience delivering infrastructure projects exceeding $100M in capital scope.
  • Expertise in structured cabling systems, fiber optic infrastructure, and ISP/OSP network deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution without direct management authority.
  • Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and BICSI certifications preferred.
  • PMP certification strongly recommended.
