Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead mission-critical ICT and low-voltage infrastructure delivery across large-scale hyperscale cloud and AI data center campuses, supporting OCI’s next-generation infrastructure expansion initiatives. This role involves strategic and operational leadership for on-site infrastructure teams responsible for engineering, telecommunications, structured cabling, fiber deployment, rack integration, and construction coordination in a 300MW+ environment. The Senior Manager will oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, manage senior technical personnel, and coordinate with various internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and readiness. Key responsibilities include managing ICT Infrastructure Delivery Managers, Construction Delivery Managers, vendor performance oversight, and operational turnover activities. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in mission-critical infrastructure delivery, large-scale deployment management, and adherence to industry standards such as TIA/EIA and BICSI.

What you'll do

  • Lead low-voltage and ICT infrastructure delivery across large-scale data center campuses.
  • Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure workstreams involving structured cabling, fiber deployment, and rack integration.
  • Directly manage senior technical personnel responsible for field execution activities in data centers.
  • Coordinate with various engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee vendor performance and quality control for critical infrastructure components.
  • Lead operational turnover and readiness activities supporting new deployments and network cutovers.
  • Participate in rotating on-call support coverage for active campus deployments and escalations.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure delivery, hyperscale data center deployment, or critical operations environments.
  • Proven leadership managing large-scale operational teams and multi-phase campus-scale deployments.
  • Direct management experience with ICT Infrastructure Delivery Managers and Construction Delivery Managers.
  • Expertise in structured cabling, fiber optic systems, rack deployment, and telecommunications pathways.
  • Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards, BICSI certifications, and fast-track deployment methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Based on-site in Saline, Michigan, or willing to relocate for project delivery requirements.
