What you'll do

Lead on-site execution of mission-critical construction activities for hyperscale data center deployments.
Manage white space build-outs and low-voltage infrastructure coordination in data centers.
Coordinate with ICT infrastructure teams, vendors, and commissioning agents during project phases.
Review IFC drawings, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders for accuracy.
Support QA/QC inspections and infrastructure turnover activities at construction sites.

What we're looking for

6-10+ years of experience in mission-critical construction management and data center deployment.
Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams including ICT infrastructure, fiber providers, and OEMs.
Expertise in white space fit-out activities, structured cabling, and telecommunications pathways coordination.
Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and BICSI certifications preferred.
Experience with QA/QC processes and commissioning for large-scale data center projects.
Must be based or willing to relocate to Saline, Michigan for on-site project management.
