What you'll do

Design and develop software applications and APIs using Python and Go for cloud deployment.
Deploy and manage cloud-native services on AWS (EKS, Lambda, EC2) and Kubernetes.
Automate build, release, and configuration processes using CI/CD tools, Shell scripting, and IaC.
Operate the Open Telemetry platform to manage logs, metrics, and traces across hybrid cloud environments.
Build and integrate applications using Amazon DynamoDB, S3, and various networking components.
Develop and deploy monitoring dashboards and observability solutions using Datadog and Splunk.
Define application-level architecture and establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects.
Perform technical analysis and provide risk management strategies for ongoing development efforts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and five years of experience as a Principal Cloud Engineer.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and three years of experience as a Principal Cloud Engineer.
Experience implementing continuous automation for AWS cloud workloads using CI/CD orchestration tools, EKS, Vault, Artifactory, and GitHub.
Expertise collaborating with architecture teams on application migration and onboarding strategies to AWS and Kubernetes within regulated enterprise contexts.
Expertise building applications in Python and Go and automating build and release processes using Sonar, Artifactory, Shell scripting, and IaC (Terraform or OpenTofu).
Expertise designing and developing cloud-native services and deploying to AWS (EKS, Lambda, EC2, and API Gateway) and Kubernetes.
Expertise integrating applications using Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3, and networking components including ALB, NLB, and AWS Private Link.
Experience enabling observability using Datadog and Splunk within multi-account AWS environments.
