Principal Business Product Manager, Forecasting

What you'll do

• Translate pharmaceutical forecasting domain knowledge into scalable, data-driven products and platforms.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the forecasting portfolio.
• Manage the full lifecycle of analytics products from initial ideation to launch and optimization.
• Partner with technical teams to develop sophisticated analytical models, API layers, and UI/UX features.
• Oversee business process mapping, user feedback collection, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Establish agile operational standards, backlog management, and reusable product templates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, finance partners, and technical teams.
• Mentor and coach cross-functional team members on product management practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or another quantitative field.
• 8+ years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics or business analytics product management across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner guiding an analytical or digital product through its full lifecycle.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and owning revenue forecast models during core planning cycles.
• Extensive experience working in Agile environments, managing complex backlogs, and coordinating with technical IT and Data engineering teams.
• Exceptional presentation skills to evangelize product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and experience with AI tools, Jira, data visualization, and cloud-based environments (preferred).
