What you'll do

Identify high-value AI use cases and shape them into products with clear scope and success criteria.
Design and architect end-to-end AI systems, including integration with enterprise platforms and data services.
Write product requirements and design documents for AI products while maintaining production quality standards.
Build production implementations using AI coding agents and ensure disciplined testing and observability practices.
Coach other architects on advanced applied-AI coding techniques to enhance team efficiency.

What we're looking for

12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with progression to applied-AI builder.
8+ years of enterprise architecture experience designing, building, and shipping systems.
2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production AI applications using LLMs and agentic systems.
Expertise in at least one major foundation model provider and agent framework.
Strong Python skills plus proficiency in another production language like TypeScript or Java.
Solid system-design fundamentals across distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
Proven ability to independently identify, scope, and write specs for AI products.
