What you'll do

Define and own the end-to-end digital architecture strategy across all platforms.
Evaluate and validate major architectural choices to ensure long-term platform health.
Establish engineering standards, design principles, and best practices for digital projects.
Lead performance engineering efforts for web applications, focusing on Core Web Vitals.
Govern third-party script usage to protect page performance and user privacy.

What we're looking for

Over 10 years of software engineering experience with broad technical scope.
Expertise in at least two areas: iOS, Android, or modern web development.
Extensive cloud architecture experience (GCP, Azure, AWS) for large-scale production workloads.
Strong background in security engineering and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II).
Significant AI engineering experience with foundation models and responsible AI design.
Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks.
Broad expertise in AI architecture including model selection and inference infrastructure.
