What we're looking for

  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of developing and deploying AI models at scale as a Software Engineer or Deep Learning engineer.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping applied AI applications used by real users.
  • Strong understanding of foundation model behavior in production systems, including prompting and context engineering.
  • Experience with multi-agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and complex long-running task systems.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python and at least one language from TypeScript, Go, Rust, or C++.
  • Expertise in synthetic data generation and evaluation for improving system quality and robustness.
