What you'll do

Advance self-improving systems that learn from deployment signals and optimize performance autonomously in real-world environments.
Design and operationalize agentic memory frameworks to enable long-horizon reasoning and contextual continuity.
Architect autonomous multi-agent systems capable of task decomposition, tool use, and dynamic collaboration.
Lead product-oriented research and rapid prototyping to translate foundational advances into production-ready architectures.
Deliver scalable ML systems that integrate across hardware, software, and services.
Manage the full model lifecycle including pre-training, fine-tuning, performance optimization, and safety alignment.
Design AI agents for complex reasoning while navigating on-device compute constraints.

What we're looking for

MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience delivering zero-to-one LLM productization.
Deep expertise in transformer-based LLMs and multi-modal foundation models.
Hands-on mastery of the model lifecycle, including pre-training, fine-tuning, performance optimization, and safety alignment.
Expertise in designing AI agents for complex reasoning within on-device compute constraints.
Demonstrated ability to influence high-level architecture decisions and advocate for novel research directions (preferred).
