What you'll do

Develop and guide new application features, enhancements, and design specifications while ensuring accessibility.
Lead code reviews across multiple application areas to drive improvements and maintain code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to API functionality, integrations, and service-to-service interactions.
Translate customer requirements into structured, scalable, and performant code plans for applications.
Implement comprehensive software testing, error logging, monitoring, and observability for effective debugging.
Perform periodic maintenance and testing operations for systems requiring upgrades or critical security patches.
Provide technical guidance and coaching to less experienced engineers on software architecture and coding standards.
Manage and coordinate complex tasks, monitoring timelines and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.

What we're looking for

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of total experience in software development, including building scalable solutions and web applications.
Demonstrated ability to write great code using Java, GoLang, C#, or similar OO languages.
Proven ability to deliver products and experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Experience working on large-scale, highly distributed services infrastructure.
Experience working in an operational environment with mission-critical tier-one livesite servicing.
Experience designing architectures that enable high availability, scalability, and market-leading features.
Experience as technical lead on large-scale applications and systems (preferred).
