As a Principal Analytics Consultant, you will join an independent consulting team to deliver high-quality analytics solutions for healthcare organizations using Oracle Population Health and other leading platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and optimizing reporting solutions with Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), developing SQL queries, supporting data validation, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights. What you'll do

What we're looking for
5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics and reporting solutions
Minimum 3+ years hands-on development with SQL, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle Analytics Cloud
Experience with healthcare analytics platforms, population health solutions, and care management workflows
Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
Understanding of ETL processes, data integration concepts, and data validation methodologies
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
Excellent communication skills for client-facing consulting and stakeholder engagement
