The Principal Analytics Consultant role is an individual contributor position within a consulting team, requiring 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics and reporting solutions. This senior-level consultant will independently deliver high-quality work products by applying Oracle methodologies and industry best practices to support client engagements focused on population health solutions such as Care Management and Registries. Daily responsibilities include designing and optimizing analytics and reporting solutions using Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), developing SQL queries for database objects, and translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large datasets, ETL processes, and data validation methodologies, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with client leadership and operational stakeholders.

What you'll do
Design, develop, and optimize analytics solutions within Oracle Population Health platforms.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and OAC.
Develop and refine SQL queries to support complex reporting requirements in healthcare.
Validate, reconcile, and integrate data across various healthcare sources for accuracy.
Translate healthcare data into actionable insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Troubleshoot and optimize report performance to ensure efficient analytics delivery.
What we're looking for
5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics and reporting solutions
Minimum 3+ years hands-on development with SQL, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Oracle Analytics Cloud
Experience with healthcare analytics platforms, population health solutions, and care management workflows
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
Strong communication skills for client-facing consulting roles
Understanding of ETL processes, data integration concepts, and validation methodologies
Travel as needed and security clearance preferred
