This role involves creating a graduated SDLC framework with prescriptive guidelines across various tiers of criticality, piloting it with real teams, and driving enterprise-wide adoption. Key responsibilities include defining practice standards, enabling citizen development at scale, and connecting to enterprise architecture and governance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like Regulation SCI and CPMI-IOSCO. Ideal candidates have over a decade of experience in software engineering or related fields, hands-on AI coding agent expertise, and strong facilitation skills for cross-functional alignment. Familiarity with context engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and organizational change management is preferred.
Design prescriptive practice standards for software development lifecycle across multiple tiers of criticality.

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or development methodology roles.
Proven track record designing and implementing SDLC standards at organizational scale.
Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in real-world codebases.
Strong facilitation skills to drive alignment across multiple functions.
Working knowledge of context engineering principles and practices.
Experience with brownfield/legacy codebases and AI-assisted development.
