You will define next-generation SoCs that integrate NVIDIA GPUs, custom processors, and accelerators into a single chip, collaborating across software, ASIC design, verification, physical design, VLSI, and platform teams. Your daily tasks include driving architecture/software/hardware co-design, performance modeling, architectural validation, and post-silicon production support while ensuring adherence to industry standards and third-party IP evaluations. Ideal candidates hold advanced degrees in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with over 15 years of SoC architecture experience, expertise in automotive safety, system-level design, and proficiency in System C/C++. What you'll do
Drive end-to-end hardware architecture lifecycle ownership and co-design with software teams.
Perform performance analysis and track metrics through design phases.
Author and review architectural specifications and develop System C models.
Execute validation plans for SoC architectures and ensure requirements adherence.
Provide post-silicon support, including silicon debug and documentation publishing.
What we're looking for
Over 15 years of experience in SoC architecture, design, and verification.
Expertise in defining SoC architecture including clocks, resets, automotive safety, interconnects, memory controllers, boot processes, virtualization, power management, security, system performance, IO technologies, multimedia accelerators, CPU/GPU coherency, and platform integration.
Proficiency in System C or C++ development for architectural modeling.
Automotive Functional Safety expertise with ISO26262 standard experience.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Experience in patenting novel parts of system architecture.
