In this role, you will analyze memory systems, reliability, availability, serviceability (RAS), and emerging memory technologies like processing-in-memory (PIM) and chiplets, driving innovation in AI accelerator design. You’ll collaborate with Data Center Business Unit Architects and Product Managers to define product requirements, quantify tradeoffs, and influence technical direction through data-driven justifications. Additionally, you will work closely with various technology teams within Qualcomm to ensure the delivery of components that meet stringent feature sets, while effectively communicating with SoC & IP architects, designers, systems engineers, and software teams to enable market-leading Data Center products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in computer architecture, memory systems, and quantitative analysis tools, along with experience in AI accelerators and novel memory technologies.
