What you'll do

  • Lead the design and resolution of complex, unique challenges through end-to-end solution design in AI systems and cloud-native platforms.
  • Translate advanced technology expertise into scalable engineering solutions, such as reusable architectures and production-ready AI-enabled platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership to senior leaders on implementing innovative business solutions embedding AI and automation into workflows.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and proactively recommend innovations that modernize operations and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as an expert technical advisor for complex platform, data, and AI decisions, guiding large-scale cross-organizational initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of senior engineering experience in architecture and delivery of large-scale platforms and systems
  • 4+ years of hands-on AI development or deployment, including understanding of AI risks and observability needs
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures (GCP, Azure, AWS) and internal enterprise platforms like Tachyon
  • Ability to operate at both technical depth and executive-level storytelling
  • Proven strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
