As a Primary Systems Analyst at Charles River Development, part of the State Street family, you will join a client-facing team responsible for managing production systems for multiple clients within their Software as a Service offerings. Your daily tasks will include providing expert remote management and support for Charles River IMS solutions, such as parameter configuration changes, performance tuning, and operational monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to ensure optimal system use and work alongside internal teams to facilitate smooth client transitions. This role requires experience in financial services investment management systems, proficiency in MS SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase databases, and familiarity with servers, operating systems, scripting languages, and job scheduling software. Occasional out-of-hours support and travel may be necessary for meetings and reviews.

What we're looking for

Ability to provide remote support and occasional out-of-hours work.
