What you'll do
Manage and support production of Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients.
Provide application administration and user & group privileges management.
Configure and test software changes and operational processes.
Develop relations with technical and business teams to understand workflows.
Assist in resolving escalated problems and migrate solutions to production environments.
Create JIRAs for bugs and enhancements, escalating issues to engineering and product teams.
What we're looking for
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Business with IT concentration.
3 years of Fintech experience managing mission-critical production software applications.
Proven ability to work in a mission-critical operations environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with SQL, MS SQL Server, automation scripting (Python/Perl/PowerShell), and database software.
Familiarity with servers, networks, job scheduling, system monitoring, and disaster recovery preferred.
