PQL/SQL, C# Software Developer

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C# and the WPF framework with PRISM.
• Program and manage back-end databases using Oracle, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Execute software development tasks including design, integration, configuration management, testing, and release.
• Implement secure defensive coding practices and perform static code analysis using tools like Fortify or SonarLint.
• Manage source control and project workflows using Azure DevOps and Git Flow branching models.
• Create lifecycle artifacts to support Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) of software systems.
• Maintain legacy systems while performing upgrades to ensure continuous operational capability for users.
• Document software processes, system requirements, and technical specifications for future maintenance.

What we're looking for

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
• Must possess DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+.
• Must have a BS degree or equivalent experience, certifications, and training.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience (or 6+ years of related experience).
• Required skills include Oracle/SQL, C#, and Git source control.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred).
• US Citizenship.
