What you'll do

Apply Agile processes and HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle methodologies as required.

What we're looking for

Must possess a NACI (T1) clearance.
Must be able to obtain an NIH Public Trust.
Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of project management experience.
5+ years of experience in Agile .NET implementations.
In-depth understanding of .NET and technical aspects of .NET applications.
Ability to comprehend software design and databases to anticipate technical and business challenges.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
