Platform Architect, AGI CPU

What you'll do

• Drive OEM and ODM partners to design cloud hardware solutions using Arm SoC products and partner IP.
• Align system deployment strategies with design goals by collaborating with internal SoC, platform, and software teams.
• Engage with hyperscalers and data center companies to identify specific cloud use cases and requirements.
• Conduct competitive analysis of the AI data-center space to identify innovative solutions for next-generation hardware.
• Support Product Managers in defining specifications for SoC, platform, interconnects, and CSS designs.
• Represent Arm’s interests and technical leadership at key industry forums and technology working groups.

What we're looking for

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (other degrees considered with relevant experience).
• 10+ years of experience as a systems/platforms architect with a background in Silicon and hardware design.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure including servers, accelerators, networking, and storage equipment.
• Experience helping customers build and deploy hardware covering rack-scale architecture, interconnects, power efficiency, and cooling solutions.
• Experience working with silicon/IP design, verification, board design, bring-up, modeling, simulation, and emulation techniques.
• Strong communication skills to build technical consensus and clarify complex problems across multiple teams.
• Understanding of cloud applications and software architecture impact on hardware (preferred).
• Familiarity with SoC design flow, validation, test/product engineering, packaging, and industry standard driving (preferred).
