  • Continuously optimize programs through experiments and A/B tests for better outcomes.
  • Brainstorm content pieces and repackage existing content relevant for users at different stages.
  • Perform strategic analyses to identify new growth drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on marketing initiatives to ensure they meet revenue objectives.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of B2D or B2B experience in lifecycle and growth marketing.
  • Expertise in product-led growth strategies and dynamic personalized messaging.
  • Deep understanding of marketing to developers or highly technical audiences.
  • Ability to execute end-to-end campaigns across the customer journey.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proven track record of turning ideas into successful, measurable programs.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and continuous optimization.
