What you'll do
Provide technical support for computers and associated networks.
Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers and related hardware.
Connect PCs to data networks and perform basic configurations.
Instruct users on the use of personal computers and networks.
Perform root cause analysis for complex issues and document solutions.
Work with software vendors to support third-party applications.
Monitor ticket queues to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
What we're looking for
6 years of related IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must possess or obtain within 6 months a U.S. Government IAT level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI access eligibility based on a recent investigation
Experience with Microsoft products including Windows Server, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
Familiarity with networking principles and experience supporting large user populations in secure environments
Ability to work independently and escalate issues effectively to leadership
