  • Maintain a single view of the partner operations backlog by status, dependency, and risk.
  • Create clear communication cadence and executive-ready reporting for leadership.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses to convert findings into durable process improvements.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience optimizing processes in a fast-paced technology or financial services environment.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with clear ownership of timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and track record of using data to identify bottlenecks and improve operational execution.
  • Proven ability to manage backlogs, coordinate stakeholders, and enhance throughput across a portfolio of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels, including executive-level messaging.
  • Experience supporting partner onboarding, implementation, customer success, or lifecycle program management in SaaS or fintech environments.
