What we're looking for

  • Experience in partner development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem development within enterprise technology.
  • Track record of building pipeline and converting partnerships into active market-facing relationships.
  • Strong ability to evaluate partner business models, capabilities, and go-to-market fit.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and driving momentum across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner-facing roles focused on identification, onboarding, and offer development.
