What you'll do

  • Source and qualify new consulting, advisory, and technology partners to drive referral pipeline.
  • Reactivate dormant services partners by identifying cold relationships and reigniting them through strategic outreach.
  • Identify and engage system integrators in key ERP ecosystems to build Ramp's productized SI implementation program.
  • Craft tailored outbound messaging campaigns for different types of service partner archetypes.
  • Maintain accurate partner data and track pipeline health across reactivation and acquisition motions.
  • Leverage AI tools and automations to scale partner outreach and build repeatable workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or sales development.
  • Grit and persistence to manage high-volume outbound motion against senior contacts.
  • Executive presence to hold credible conversations with Partners or Managing Directors.
  • Deep understanding of how consulting firms serve CXO-level clients and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong written communication skills for effective outreach to busy executives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and CRM systems for workflow automation and efficiency.
