What you'll do

Lead multi-workstream GenAI delivery programs, managing scope, planning, staffing, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Architect and review key technical decisions for model selection, RAG design, context schemas, orchestration, tool-use, memory patterns, and evaluation strategy.
Establish engineering standards to ensure teams deliver production-grade solutions with ADLC-style phases, quality gates, testing/evaluations, and observability.
Integrate AI capabilities with ERP/SCM/CRM systems, data platforms, identity layers, and integration frameworks.
Convert ambiguous requirements into clear backlogs, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria while ensuring security and compliance.

What we're looking for

10–18 years of software engineering/architecture experience in enterprise environments.
Hands-on expertise in building LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines and tool-use agents.
Strong grasp of cloud-native architecture, security, and observability best practices.
Practical experience integrating AI capabilities with ERP/SCM/CRM systems and data platforms.
Demonstrated leadership in complex transformations with compliance and integration challenges.
Expertise in enterprise data architecture and operationalizing it for AI context retrieval.
Proven ability to operate in regulated environments and ensure privacy, security, and auditability.
