What you'll do

• Lead and scale a multidisciplinary team of over 20 engineers across various specialties.
• Architect systems using real-time intent signals and propensity models to deliver personalized upsells.
• Formulate and execute high-impact growth initiatives like global incentive targeting and multi-armed bandit frameworks.
• Translate business objectives into algorithmic formulations for seamless user-facing product features.
• Define a compelling vision for growth that balances experimentation with long-term platform stability.
• Own the talent strategy, including hiring top-tier engineers and developing professional skills of team members.

What we're looking for

• Proven ability to manage engineering teams of over 20 people, including other Engineering Managers.
• Extensive experience (12+) in software engineering with expertise in distributed systems and scalable backend architecture.
• Deep knowledge in Growth space, focusing on Acquisition, Retention, and LTV optimization.
• Strong track record leading Machine Learning Engineers and applying ML to product personalization at scale.
• Experience building or managing teams that optimize incentives using real-time offer surfacing and ranking techniques.
• Ability to balance high-velocity experimentation with platform reliability for large-scale user bases.
