OT Transformation Security Manager joins the Accenture Security team to protect critical infrastructure and mission-critical industrial environments. This role involves researching, analyzing, and reporting on a broad range of cyber threats targeting operational technology across various industries. The manager will collaborate with Intelligence and Analysis teams to produce strategic and operational cyber intelligence products while providing specialized briefings to internal and external leadership. Key responsibilities include assessing security postures, identifying indicators of compromise, and performing threat hunting. Required expertise includes OT networks, systems, and devices, as well as experience with tools like NSMs, SIEMs, and endpoint security for operational environments. The role requires proficiency in frameworks such as DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, and NERC CIP to address the risks posed by the convergence and digitalization of industrial assets.
Analyze client security postures to identify requirements and provide tailored OT security solutions.
Research and report on cyber threats targeting operational technology across various industries.
Produce finished operational and strategic cyber intelligence products focused on OT systems.
Provide OT-focused briefings to senior internal and external stakeholders as requested by leadership.
Develop OT security programs, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies for clients.
Deploy and support OT security sensors and tools in industrial environments.
Identify indicators of compromise and perform threat hunting to detect potential intrusions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years experience required.
Minimum 10 years of experience analyzing, producing, and briefing operational and/or strategic cybersecurity threat intelligence products.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with OT networks, systems, assets, devices, and security solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with industrial organizations on cybersecurity solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience assessing standards and frameworks including DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, etc.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with security analysis techniques, identifying indicators of compromise, threat hunting, and identification of intrusions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in deploying or supporting OT security sensors in operational environments.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or OT networking infrastructure and working in SOCs with security tooling.
