Senior Manager, OT Cybersecurity

What you'll do

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements while ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies including multi-year roadmaps, governance structures, and technology investment plans.
• Serve as a senior advisor to C-suite and VP-level leaders on OT risk strategy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive business growth through relationship development, identifying capability gaps, and participating in competitive bid responses.
• Oversee and mentor a team of consultants by providing technical guidance and quality assurance on deliverables.
• Act as a subject matter expert to shape win strategies and provide technical credibility for proposal submissions.
• Represent the company's capabilities through public speaking engagements, industry forums, and client workshops.
• Manage engagement economics including staffing, forecasting, margin management, and risk escalation.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing and mentoring consultants.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience; Associate's requires 6 years).
• Demonstrated experience with OT regulatory frameworks such as NERC CIP, IEC 62443, or NIST CSF.
• Relevant certifications like CISSP, GICSP, CISM, or GRID are preferred.
