What you'll do

Define and lead the onshore reporting strategy for large-scale Oracle Utilities IT transitions.
Establish reporting architecture, tooling standards, delivery approaches, and governance frameworks.
Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into designs using Power BI, OBIEE, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Manage onshore and offshore reporting team resources, including setting priorities and quality standards.
Collaborate with data architects and integration teams to ensure reports are based on accurate data models.
Engage client stakeholders to validate requirements and present completed reporting deliverables.
Establish report design standards, templates, and documentation conventions for the reporting library.
Develop KPI dashboards and operational reporting to track program health and delivery progress.

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities reporting, BI, or analytics roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading reporting strategy or architecture on enterprise programs.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, OBIEE, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) in an Oracle Utilities context.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior lead or manager role for reporting delivery on an Oracle Utilities implementation or transformation program.
Minimum 2 years of experience translating regulatory or operational reporting requirements into Oracle Utilities data models and BI report designs.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience.
Associate's degree with at least 6 years of equivalent work experience.
Optional certifications in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OBIEE are preferred.
