The Oracle EPM Delivery Lead/Solution Architect leads the solution and delivery of complex Oracle EPM Cloud transformation programs. Working within the Reinvention Services practice, this role provides end-to-end leadership from architecture and design through deployment and stabilization. You will define integrated solution approaches across Planning, EPCM, and Project Planning while leading functional and technical teams through configuration, integrations, testing, and production transition. Key responsibilities include serving as a senior advisor to Finance and Technology leadership on solution decisions, risks, and dependencies. The role requires expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, and Oracle Planning/EPBCS. You will solve complex cross-platform design challenges by integrating EPM with ERP, financial data, and reporting systems to ensure scalable architecture and successful enterprise-scale implementations for diverse client business problems.
Lead the solution and delivery of complex Oracle EPM Cloud transformation programs from architecture through deployment.
Define integrated and scalable EPM solution approaches across Planning, EPCM, and Project Planning capabilities.
Direct functional and technical teams through design, configuration, integrations, testing, and production transition.
Serve as a senior advisor to client Finance and Technology leadership on solution decisions and delivery risks.
Manage overall delivery scope, including schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and major program milestones.
Resolve cross-platform design and delivery dependencies across EPM, ERP, data, and integration teams.
Support Oracle EPM practice activities including solutioning, estimation, proposals, and staffing.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions, including significant experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations through the full implementation lifecycle.
Minimum of 3 years of strong Oracle EPM solution architecture and delivery experience across multiple EPM capabilities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Planning / EPBCS, with experience across additional EPM modules such as EPCM and Project Planning.
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and delivering integrated EPM solutions involving ERP, financial data, integrations, reporting, and related enterprise systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
You have a Finance or Accounting degree (preferred); you have an MBA and/or CPA license (preferred).
