Oracle Unifier Solution Architect (Hands-On Configuration Lead)

What you'll do

• Define the overall Unifier system architecture, data structures, and configuration strategy.
• Personally configure and deploy Unifier business processes, workflows, and forms.
• Build and optimize cost management, change management, contract, and project workflows.
• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Support integrations with scheduling platforms, ERP systems, and data lake environments.
• Lead and coordinate external consultants and system integrators to deliver project requirements.
• Establish and enforce system governance, best practices, and data integrity standards.

What we're looking for

• Must have 15+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation with deep expertise in Oracle Unifier.
• Must have a proven track record of hands-on configuration and deployment of Oracle Unifier.
• Must have advanced experience with uDesigner for business processes, workflows, and forms.
• Must have advanced experience with cost and project management system configuration and data governance frameworks.
• Must demonstrate the ability to architect and deliver enterprise-scale PMIS solutions.
• Must possess strong project management, delivery discipline, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience supporting large-scale capital programs, Primavera Cloud, or ERP integrations is preferred.
