What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Talent Management.
  • Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations completed.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Core HR, Learning, or Recruiting systems.
  • Expertise in implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate design workshops and gather requirements.
